Shipping Fees and Time

All orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday except on holidays in Canada and the US.  Processing time can take 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies based on the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Packages are sent via local Canada Post courier and will transfer to your local Federal Mailing courier. Once the order has been shipped, all responsibility of the package to be delivered will rely solely on the courier.  Please contact your courier for up-to-date information about your parcel. 

  • Neo’s Beauty is not responsible for any lost/stolen or undelivered package.

  • Duty and custom fees may occur and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. 

  • Local Pickup in Brampton or Toronto is available at checkout. You will receive an email with options of where and when to pick up. 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Due to the product type, for hygiene purposes we do not offer any return or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Product

All damaged and defective claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your product.

Refused Packages

In case of refuse packages for any reason, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any store credit.
